Group Support

Circles

Circles are small groups of people who meet to find growth/healing through community. At Wings of Hope, they include Healing Circles (to listen and process), Learning Circles (to teach and practice skills on particular topics) and Discovery Circles (to facilitate deeper introspection/reflection on meaning and purpose). Watch our Healing Garden page for information on upcoming circles.

Comfort Touch Training

This nurturing style of accupressure is designed to ease pain, both physical and emotional, and promote relaxation. Trainings are provided to professional caregivers, such as nurses, nurse aides and physicians.

Healing Garden Programming

The Wings of Hope Healing Garden, completed in 2021, is an indoor nature experience. It’s the site of innovative programming that allows patients to process their cancer journey through creative outlets. For more information, visit our Healing Garden page.

Healthy Moves

Our women’s movement classes are held twice a month in person or online. The current focus is on mild aerobics and strength training. Newly diagnosed patients and long-term survivors are welcome!

Hope for Tomorrow

This is a support group for people diagnosed with any type of cancer. It meets once a month in person or online. Each session focuses on a specific topic.

Huddles

Huddles are 30 minutes of mental health care held weekly via Zoom. One is for patients and the other is for care partners. The sessions are led by a licensed mental health practitioner.

Thank you for all your kindnesses. This world is a better place because of caring people like you.
