This women's support and movement group features strengthening, balance and flexibility exercise combined with light to moderate movement. We meet in person and via Zoom the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Our current focus is on chair yoga and qi gong. To register, email carolyn@wingsofhope.org.
