Healthy Moves

This women's support and movement group features strengthening, balance and flexibility exercise combined with light to moderate movement. Our current focus is on chair yoga and Qi Gong. The instructor is Linda Robicheau, and it’s available in person and via Zoom. To register, email carolyn@wingsofhope.org.
